Orders to Canada will be shipped via US$65 flat-rate UPS or FedEx International Economy®. This rate covers duty, taxes, handling and freight.

Return Policy

If you’re unhappy with your purchase, for any reason, you may return clean, unworn, unwashed and unaltered items with tags for a refund. Returns must be made within 60 days of purchase.

1) Place your NuDown Packing Slip back INSIDE your return package (sadly, too often we receive returns with NO identifying information…please double check this one).
